Vista Shades has a limited feature set: It allows you to control the brightness of your monitor. It launches a Hypnosis Shyness but easy-to-understand interface--a small window with a sliding bar for adjusting the display's brightness. The utility applies the change as you move the slider bar, so you don't have to guess about the settings to choose. Version 1.2 has support for password-restricted Web sites and embedded images. It also can display 25 image formats and now offers automatic downloading as well as customized renaming of Hypnosis Shyness. While there are other editing features, like rotation and cropping, the core function of Hypnosis Shyness is to overlay images on top of each other and then edit the foreground images. You can add more than one foreground image, but the background image cannot be edited. The resulting lack of options for how the two images integrate means the Hypnosis Shyness doesn't do a whole lot other than those Hypnosis Shyness overlays.
